The Dongguan Plant is located in the middle of the Guangzhou and Shenzhen economic zone, beside the Guang-shen Expressway in South East China. We are within 25km of local and international airport facilities and 80km from Guangzhou City.

The plant specializes in paper product printing and is equipped with 11 sheet-fed presses running at a maximum rate of 15,000 sheets per hour with complete auxiliary equipment. The plant currently houses 2-, 4-, 5- and 6-color presses plus a series of post-press equipment including die-cutters, gluer machines, hot-stamping machines and silk screen printing machines, etc.

In order to cater to the more sophisticated and growing demands from clients, the Dongguan plant had expanded to 410,000 square meters with workforce of over 2,000. In addition, just-in-time inventory management has been applied so that effective inventory control can be realized.

Our Dongguan plant is accredited with various certificates, namely ISO 9001 in January 2000, ISO14001 in May 2003 and OHSAS 18001 in June 2003 from BSI, which certify our compliance with international quality system, environmental standards and occupational health and safety management system. By receiving these three certificates, we have received the Integrated Management System (IMS), being one of the minority of printers obtaining such privilege. In February 2005, we also received the International Council of Toy Industries (ICTI) Code of Business Practices Certificate. In compliance with our corporate philosophy in the aspect of environmental preservation and to better serve our clients, we were accredited with the Forest Stewardship Council Chain-of-Custody Certificate (FSC CoC) in July 2007.
