Our group employs more than 4,000 people in order to meet various production requirements throughout the year. Our management team holds either Master or Bachelor degrees or professional qualifications in printing from respected universities or technical institutions in China, Hong Kong and overseas.

the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education's student
awards, Midas is the employer of choice. Every year, students
who graduate with merit will be invited to Midas for a job
interview. From this selected group, we will choose the most
promising to join us. With Midas, they can expect a bright
future and a solid career. We provide on-the-job training
and assignment rotation to match their competence and capability
to the most suitable position. We plan to expand the scope
of this program by extending it to other educational institutions
and to recruit management trainees. With the opening of the
PRC market and to cope with our future development in China,
we have worked out a training plan with Beijing Institute
of Graphic Communication in 2002. Each summer, the Institute
sends their students to our factories for a short on-the-job
training program. Outstanding candidates will be invited for
job interviews and possible recruitment after their graduation
and job training.

continuous learning and therefore provide subsidies for further
education to our staff. From time to time, seminars and training
courses are arranged for our management team and staff so
that they may get the latest technology and information from
the printing industry in order to accomplish their jobs with

experience and knowledge with other colleagues. Our goal is
to help employees to increase their proficiency, skills, knowledge
and value to whatever positions they are in. As a global service
